Wednesday is $5 burger night at Table 42 Italian Kitchen + Wine Bar, which was formerly known as Coal Mine Pizza.
Diners can customize their burgers starting with temperature. You then move on to choose two topping items from a list that includes everything from bacon and Vidalia onions to sauteed baby portobellos. There's a choice of sauces and spreads including mayo, Dijon, crispy caper aioli and herb pesto. Cheese choices include goat, smoke mozzarella and aged provolone.
